At the Corpus Christi Athletic Club:
Tone up and slim down with this upbeat and fun belly dance workout class! Burn approximately 550 calories during a one hour class!
First Time Students

This class is for first time, Social Living and Daily Deals students. We will begin with the basics of belly dance and move forward. Students will learn belly dance posture, beginner moves, technique, dance combos and a simple belly dance choreography.

This class is for 1) students who wish to learn choreography for public performance with the Hourglass Bellydance troupe; 2) students who wish to learn additional choreography and routines for the yearly Hourglass Recital; and 3) students that have no desire to perform, but simply wish to put their learned belly dance moves to action in a choreography.
Advanced students only please.
